Dracadia Hydrakir Template

This is the fourth commissioned dragon breed hatchling template for Dracadia, the hydrakir! 

These rare, special guys are super neat psionic dragons that come in three sizes and are always born as twins that bond to a single person. The twins can meld together for combat, turning into a massive berserker dragon made of ectoplasm to lay waste to their enemies. Their other insidious form is the wraith, in which the pair inhabit a set of armor or weapons and animate them, thereby enhancing the power of their bonded humanoid on the battlefield. The twins are always colored oppositely from each other, a trait I really enjoy about them for some reason.
